Rooms & Reservations

We are open seasonally from late May through early October with a Summer Season of mid-June through mid-September, our historic 1873 waterfront Victorian boasts 12-foot ceilings, oversize windows & period architectural details. The whole house has heating & air conditioning for comfort on both cool & warm days. All bedrooms are second floor and have small refrigerators, microwaves & private baths. Original art themed with room names grace the walls. For those who want to sleep through sunrise, there are room darkening shades.

A formal dining room & gourmet kitchen is available during breakfast hours and may be used at other times upon prior arrangement. We have a large brick patio with tables, chairs & gas grills for guest use. Beach chairs and umbrellas are complimentary. However, guests should bring their own beach towels or buy ones with Island themes from downtown stores.

• Rates below are double occupancy; 2 night minimum, 3 night minimum on holidays.

• We reserve the right to increase rates & minimum stays during certain high demand periods.

• There is a $50/night charge for each person in a room over double occupancy.

  • State & local taxes of 11.7 percent are added to room rates.

• Housekeeping gratuities are not included in room rates.

Mermaid’s Grotto

The second room of this suite has a double bed with a direct water & sunrise view…it is the favorite of one of our long-term guests who professes it has a mermaid spirit.
